when we came home from the cabin for the rest of the month of august i set up a bunch of appointments--one being to the perinatologist for an ultrasound. this time i went with rod and our boys. i wanted them to see whatever they could on the screen of their brother.
we were near the end of the ultrasound and jack and morgan had seen all kinds of things, leg bone, foot, head, stomach and heart of their brother. and just before we were done they got to see a hand push palm out as if to give a high-five right at them. it was the coolest thing. i felt his hand push outward and then to see it on the screen was even crazier. the boys thought it was awesome!
luckily the tech got a photo of it. that was something i do not want to forget. i can't wait for jack and morgan to get to know their brother and i have a hunch that he is just as giddy about it as i am.
