family home evening fun with modesty. . .

having a family home evening is something we've been working on doing more this year. so far we have been fairly good. to do it on sundays works best for us but sometimes we are able to get a monday night together as well. we usually have a little lesson on a spiritual topic and then an activity. 

for this family home evening we decided to build on a lesson that was given in primary on sunday. it was about being a modest person. we talked about being modest in our dress and language and demeanor. then we each drew a self-portrait that we would later post on our fridge. i loved the results!
