in january my niece turned eight. she is only about 9 months older than my boys! so when we went to do her baptism photo session i kept thinking about how soon it will be that my own children will be infront of my camera for the same reason. i love how her photos turned out. they are so perfect for the winter season in which she was born and is now getting baptized. she's a blizzard, this one and i was glad to have caught some of her soft and sweet side.

for a family night activity we spent some time in the dark creating light faces. each part was done by different people all at once. the mouth is morgan. the eyes are jack and i. the crazy hair is rod. it makes for a fun family laugh together.
